For associations, businesses and providers

Have you heard? The @WSIB has online services. People with WSIB claims can now check on their claim status, latest payment and benefit information online. They can also track the status of an appeal any time. Learn more at wsib.ca/myclaim.

For people with WSIB claims

You can now see your @WSIB claim information online, including claim status, payment and benefit information. You can also book a pre-approved taxi, submit documents to your file, send secure messages and add your direct deposit information. Sign up now at wsib.ca/onlineservices.

For employer associations and businesses

People with claims can use the WSIB’s online services to view their claim status, latest payments and approved benefits as well as securely add direct deposit information. Through the service they can also book a pre-approved taxi to and from their appointments, track the status of an appeal, submit documents and send us messages, all in one convenient place.

Businesses can access information about their registered claims online by logging into their online services account and selecting ‘View your claims’.

Other online services from the WSIB include submitting claim-related documents online, a quicker, easier to use login for businesses, simpler clearances, and online registration for the new Health and Safety Excellence program, which helps businesses design or improve their own health and safety programs. 

For providers and labour associations

People with WSIB claims can now sign up to view their claim status, latest payments and approved benefits online. They can also securely add direct deposit information, book a pre-approved taxi, track the status of their appeal and send messages any time. Learn more at wsib.ca/myclaim

For people with WSIB claims

You can now sign up to the WSIB’s new online services to access your WSIB claim status, latest payments and approved benefits. You can also securely add direct deposit information to get your payments right into your account, book a pre-approved taxi for your appointments, track the status of your appeal, submit documents to your file and send messages, all in one convenient place.   • This is just one of the many online services the WSIB has rolled out recently. Businesses and people with claims are taking advantage of other service improvements  – uploading claim-related documents online, a quicker, easier to use login for businesses and simpler clearances.
