Our Employer Services deliver account-related services to Ontario employers. With teams across the province, we provide a range of services to help you manage your account, from registering with us, providing clearance certificates, or answering questions about your account.
Health and Safety Excellence program
Our Health and Safety Excellence program can help you to keep your team safe and healthy at work.
Participation in the program can also earn you non-financial recognition and a rebate on your previous year's premium with a minimum of $1,000 per completed topic for small businesses, up to a maximum total rebate of 75% of your annual premiums.
Small Business Health and Safety Leadership Awards
Helping small businesses instill a culture of health and safety is a top WSIB priority. We understand the unique challenges of running a small business and the commitment you make to implement a robust health and safety management system.
Our Small Business Health and Safety Leadership Awards recognize outstanding achievement in establishing health and safety programs in businesses with fewer than 50 employees.
Mandatory coverage in the construction industry
WSIB coverage is mandatory for independent operators, sole proprietors, partners in a partnership and executive officers in a corporation who work in construction.
Most will have to register with us (some exemptions apply).
