When you have a workplace injury or illness, we’re here to help you recover and get back to work. That includes making it easier for you to quickly access basic information about your claim, anytime.
You can sign up for an online services account to report your injury, illness or exposure incident. For injuries and illnesses, you’ll have the option to choose to have your claim automatically added to your account once registered. You’ll then be able to easily see your claim status, add your direct deposit details and check your benefit and payment information. You can also book a WSIB pre-approved taxi to and from your appointments, track the status of your appeal, submit documents straight to your file and send us messages, all in one convenient place.
Personal identification number (PIN)
If you didn’t report your injury or illness through online services or choose to have your claim added to your account when you reported, you’ll need the claim number and personal identification number (PIN) you received in the mail to view your claim details.
In some cases, when you report online and choose to have your claim added to your account, for added security you’ll be asked to enter your PIN to use the direct deposit feature.
If you don’t have your PIN or have misplaced it, call us at 1-800-387-0750 from 7:30 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. Monday to Friday to request to have your PIN either securely emailed or mailed to you.
