When you have a workplace injury or illness, we’re here to help you recover and get back to work. That includes making it easier for you to quickly access basic information about your claim, anytime.
You can sign up for an online services account to report your injury, illness or exposure incident. For injuries and illnesses, you’ll have the option to choose to have your claim automatically added to your account once registered. You’ll then be able to easily see your claim status, add your direct deposit details and check your benefit and payment information. You can also book a WSIB pre-approved taxi to and from your appointments, track the status of your appeal, submit documents straight to your file and send us messages, all in one convenient place.
View your claim documents online
Starting this summer, you can sign up or log in to online services to view and download your claim-related documents whenever you need them.
What documents can I view?
We’ll start by sharing a few types of claim-related documents and add more over time.
You’ll be able to view documents you’ve submitted, including:
- Forms related to injury or illness reporting (Form 6)
- progress reports
- reimbursements and expense forms
- Functional abilities forms
You’ll also be able to view documents we’ve sent you, including:
- decision letters
- other letters that have important information about your claim
Benefits of viewing documents online
You can:
- view your claim documents in one place
- download documents when you need them
- confirm we’ve received documents you’ve submitted
- keep track of your claim’s progress
- access documents without waiting for mail delivery or contacting us
We’re going paperless
With more documents available online, this fall we’ll stop mailing claim-related documents. You’ll be able to access your documents online anytime through online services.
