Our return-to-work services
After a workplace injury or illness, we’ll work with you and your employee to build a customized return-to-work plan. Our goal is to get your employee back to safe and suitable work and get you back to business as usual.
Return to Work (Work Reintegration) policies and a NEER policy came into effect on July 15, 2011.
The policies were developed to support the Return-to-Work Program’s vision and principles. The primary focus of the policies is to return people back to work with their injury employer to the extent possible.

We also conduct research or find third-party studies relevant to the prevention, treatment, compensation and our approach to the case management of workplace injury or illness.
