Getting your cheque
If you receive claim payments by cheque, we’ll be sending them by courier and you should get them within 10 business days.
Appealing a decision
Appeals timelines will be extended due to the Canada Post disruption. We’ll determine the timeline of the extension once we know more about the duration of the disruption.
Minimizing the impact of the service disruption
- People with claims: sign up for direct deposit for wage-loss benefit payments. You can submit requests for reimbursement of health care or drug-related expenses online. You can also apply for a clothing allowance or submit return to work expenses. Please keep the original receipt for your records if you’re submitting a scanned copy or photo of a receipt.
- Businesses: use our online services to submit information, report premiums or make a payment
- Health care providers: use our online, fax and telephone services to submit information
You can also use our online services to report an injury or illness, send us documents, or send us a message. If you have other questions, contact us.
We will provide further updates, as they become available.
