It’s also important that you understand your responsibilities as a business registered with us, including:

  • when to report and pay your premiums
  • informing us of any changes to your business within 10 calendar days
  • reporting a workplace injury or illness within three business days of learning an employee needed treatment from a health professional, was absent from work, or earned less than regular pay
  • and displaying our “In case of injury” poster in your workplace, so everyone knows what to do if an injury or illness happens on the job
