Starting this summer, you can sign up or log in to online services to view and download your account- and claim-related documents whenever you need them.
What documents can I view?
We’ll start by sharing a few types of documents and add more over time.
You’ll be able to view documents you’ve submitted, including:
- Forms related to injury or illness reporting (Form 7)
- reconciliation forms
- premium information documents
- account registration documents
- clearance-related documents
You’ll also be able to view documents we’ve sent you, including:
- decision letters

We’re going completely paperless
With more documents available online, this fall we’ll stop mailing all documents. You’ll be able to access your documents online anytime through online services.
