Keeping your profile more secure than ever.The title card remains on screen. A line appears below the main title: 'Protect your WSIB profile.'
Go to wsib.ca and select 'Log in'. Choose the option that best represents you.The WSIB website (wsib.ca) home page appears. The user clicks the 'Log in' button in the top-right corner. A dropdown menu opens showing four options: Businesses, Injured or ill people, Health care providers, and Representatives and others. The cursor hovers over 'Businesses,' and ‘injured or ill people’. 
Enter your email and password. The Online services login page for Businesses appears. On the right side is a 'Log in' panel with fields for Email address and Password. The fields are filled with a hidden email address and password. The cursor taps the 'Log in' button.
If you haven't already, you'll be prompted to set up multi-factor authentication.A new page titled 'Provide information for authentication' appears. The page explains that the login process has been updated to make profiles more secure. ‘Add a phone number for authentication’ is highlighted
We'll send a code to your email. Enter it and select 'Next. A new page titled ‘Verify your identity with your login email address' appears. An info banner states that a verification code has been sent to a partially hidden email address. The email inbox is briefly overlayed in the center of the screen, displaying an email titled “WSIB account email verification code”. The verification code from the email is typed into the field labelled 'Enter verification code'.
You may be asked to confirm your identity using existing informationA new page titled: 'Verify your identity with your claim information' appears.
If no further verification is needed, enter your phone number. A new page asking user to provide a direct 10-digit phone number that doesn't require an extension appears. A 'Phone number' field is shown. Below is a 'Verification method' section asking the user to choose to receive either a phone call or a text message.
Choose to receive your code by text or phone call.The same phone number setup page is visible. The phone number field is now filled in (hidden). The cursor chooses the 'Text me' radio button option and selects next.
If you choose 'Text me', we'll send a code to your phone.A mobile phone screen overlay appears in the centre of the screen, showing a text message from short code 37107. The message reads: '[WSIB] Use verification code 268568 for WSIB authentication. 
Enter the code and submit.‘Enter verification code from phone number’ page appears. The verification code from phone number is typed into the field labeled ‘Enter verification code’, and the cursor selects submit.
If you choose 'Call me', you’ll get an automated call.The phone number setup page reappears. The cursor chooses the 'Call me' radio button option and selects Next.
Follow the prompts to complete your authentication.A new page appears titled 'Follow audio instructions to authenticate.' A blue info banner tells the user we’re calling them and they should answer the call and follow the instructions to complete verification.
You’re all set.‘Profile set up complete’ page appears, with a link to the Business home.
You can update your multi-factor authentication phone number anytime.The Online services ‘Business home’ page appears. The user is now logged in. Cursor navigates to top right corner of the page and selects ‘My Profile’, then ‘Account security’ under ‘My profile’.
Or add an Authenticator app for extra security.The 'Account security' page appears, showing 'Authentication methods'. The cursor hovers over the ‘Edit’ link beside ‘Multi-factor authentication (MFA) phone number’ and ‘Authenticator app’.
Multi-factor authentication is quick, easy and means your account is more secure than ever.The screen transitions to a full-screen closing card. Better, Easier, Faster appear, followed by ‘A more secure experience with the WSIB’.
Music fades outThe screen fades to white. The WSIB logo appears centred. The video ends.
