We established the Drug Advisory Committee in 2007 to guide us on which drugs to include in our drug benefit plan as well as the medical conditions and criteria needed for coverage. Since then, the committee has provided several drug recommendations currently part of our plan. 

This year, we’re replacing the Drug Advisory Committee with the Drug and Therapeutics Advisory Committee. The Drug and Therapeutics Advisory Committee will provide drug recommendations while also advising on therapeutics and medical conditions including criteria for coverage.
