Manage your WSIB account online: Text transcript with description of visuals

The new business home page puts key information in one place. The Business home page appears, and the user is logged in. A blue banner at the top reads: 'We've updated our online services!' with a 'what's new' link. Below is a notifications section showing unread notifications. The Account information panel shows a selected account (101010 CANADA INC) and information associated with the account. 
Like your real-time balance, account status information and notifications – as soon as you log in.The screen highlights Total balance, Overdue balance, Premium status, Account status, and the unread notifications above the account information panel.
You can report premiums, make payments or view your statements in just a click.The view zooms into the Account information panel, highlighting the ‘View my statement’, ‘Make a payment’ and ‘Report your premium’ links. The view zooms out.
If you have multiple accounts, you can see all of them in one drop down menu. The view zooms into the Account information panel again, with focus on the account selector dropdown. The cursor taps the drop down, revealing other business accounts.  
Upcoming date reminders help you stay on track. The page scrolls down slightly to reveal an 'Upcoming dates' panel. A 'View all' link appears at the top right of the panel.
You can view unread notifications The Business home page comes back into full view and the notifications section is highlighted. The cursor taps the 'Go to Notifications' link at the top-right of the panel.
Or go to the notification center for all the updates in one place. The Notifications page appears with a sub-text that tells users that notifications will be kept here for up to 180 days. Below is a 'Search all notifications' field with a Search button and Reset link. A 'Filters' section allows filtering by Account and Message type. Two notification items are listed. 
Managing your account is fast and easy to do whenever you want from wherever you are.The view returns to the Business home page. A callout bubble highlights the 'Manage access' link at the top-right of the Account information panel. The cursor taps the link.  
There’s now a ‘manage access’ section where users and administrators can manage their own access or the access of others. The Manage access page appears. Two sections are shown: 'Manage my access' – containing the 'My online services access' tile and 'Manage users' access' – containing six tiles: 'Users' online services access,' 'User roles and permissions,' 'Invite new users,' 'Manage account admins,' 'Account access review,' and 'Add users to multiple accounts.' Each tile has a 'Go' button.
Administrators can access all services with a single sign-on and invite up to 10 new users at a time.The six tiles under Manage users’ access are highlighted. The screen switches to the invite new users page and shows the pending invitations table.
They can also create roles and manage permissions, so users have the right access.The User roles and permissions page appears. A 'Search for and select accounts' field shows '101010 CANADA INC’ with a Select button. An 'Account user list' section follows, with filters for status and keyword search. The screen highlights and zooms into the 'Create a new role' button. 
For example, you can create a role for bookkeepers and customize what tools they can access. The Create a new role page appears. A progress indicator reads 'Step 1 of 2: Set up role information and access.' Under 'Role information,' the Role name field is filled with 'Bookkeepers'. An 'Access to online services by role' section shows all the available tools users on the role can access. All the toggles are turned on. The cursor taps to turn off the toggle for ‘Submit documents and send messages’. 
You can also promote users to admin, transfer your admin role or remove access.The ‘Manage account admins’ page appears. Five tiles under it are highlighted: 'Promote an admin,' 'Transfer admin role,' 'Remove an admin,' 'Remove myself as admin' and 'Become an admin.'
Inactive users can be reviewed and their access can be removed when it’s no longer needed.The view returns to the Manage access page. A callout bubble highlights the 'Account access review' tile, which reads: 'Check for inactive users and remove specific account access if it's no longer needed.'
Our online services provide the information you need, when you need it.The Business home page appears again, and the screen scrolls down, showing other features of the business home page.
Less time managing your account means more time focused on what matters most – running your business.
