Why has the log in process for online services changed?

We’ve made changes to how businesses log in to our online services so that we can better support the number of users who log in to our system – especially around our busier periods. Your user ID will now be your email address.

I’ve been using your eServices what’s changing?

If you are a returning eServices user, you'll need to update your user ID and password to login to ensure your account information is linked with your new user ID.

Once you’ve created your new user ID, you’ll be able to log in and will have access to the same services and administrator or user access as you had before.

I’m a returning eServices user, how do get access to my old account information?

If you are a returning eServices user, If you are a returning eServices user, you'll need to update your user ID and password to login to ensure your account information is linked with your new user ID.

Enter your old eServices login information and press “Submit”. If you don't remember your old user ID or password, you can either sign up for our online services again or contact us.

We will then confirm the email address that we have on file for you. You can continue to use this email address, or you can decide to use a different email address. Your new user ID will be the email address you choose.

You will then need to enter the email address you would like to use as your user ID. You must verify your email address by choosing “Get verification code” before you can “Continue”.

Within five minutes, you should receive a verification code to the email address you provided. 

Enter the code and press verify code. You will not be able to choose Continue until you verify code.

If your address is successfully verified, you’ll be able to “Continue”.

Can I reset my password?

If you forgot your password, you can reset your own passwords by clicking forgot password on the login page.

Who can become an online service administrator?

The first person to sign up for an online service can become the online service administrator for your organization. You can also select others who have authority to be administrators.

How can I access my profile if I don’t remember my login information?

If you are a returning eServices user, you’ll need to create a new login and password using the email address you signed up with to make sure your account information is linked with your new user ID. If you don't remember your old user ID or password, you can either sign up for our online services again or contact us.

Will everyone in my business use the same user ID (email address) and password?

Everyone from your organization can use our online services with their own user ID, which is their email address, and password. You do not need to share your information.

Why can I not view this page on my device?

The search page is designed to work on mobile, tablet and desktop devices. If you are having an issue viewing it, the problem may be with the browser you are using. The following browsers are supported:

  • Google Chrome (Version 29 +) [under Settings, About Chrome]
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer (Version 11 +) - Security restrictions may prevent data download functionality.
  • Mozilla Firefox (Verison 54 +)
  • Safari (Version 10.0 +)

If you did not receive an email with your verification code, it may be because of internal security settings on your business’ email platform. You can enter your old eServices user name and password.You will then have the option to “change email address” which will allow you to enter a different email address (such as @gmail, @outlook.com or @iCloud.com) to send the verification code. Once you have successfully verified the email address, you can login to your online services and change the email associated with your profile under “My profile”. This verification code expires after 5 minutes.
