• Approved the 2020 Corporate Business Plan and that it be filed with the Ministry of Labour in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
• Approved the 2020 – 2022 Financial Budget. Such document to be forwarded to the Ministry of Labour, pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding.
• Approved the expenditure authorization for 555 Oak Street, North Bay for a 5 year lease agreement with the option to extend up to two terms of 5 years per term.
