• Adopted a resolution, pursuant to the Board of Directors’ regulation making authority in section 183(1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997, to amend section 16 of the General Regulation (O. Reg. 175/98) as follows:
  • Subsection 16(1) of Ontario Regulation 175/98 is amended by striking out “an apprentice, learner” and substituting “a learner”; and
  • Subsections 16(2) and (3) of the Regulation are revoked.
