1. Approval of the release of funding to the Core Services Modernization Program to support the Program’s work, including Request for Service preparation, up to April 30th, 2020; and
2. Such approval to authorize the sourcing (procurement) of vendors, staff augmentation to prepare the RFS and associated work, including planned Change Management procurements.

• Approval of the deferral of premium payments for Schedule 1 employers as well as benefit costs and administrative fees for Schedule 2 employers effective immediately up to and including August 31, 2020.
