• Approved the unaudited First Quarter 2018 Results, such document to be posted to the WSIB’s external website.
• Approved the unaudited First Quarter 2018 Sufficiency Report, such document to be posted to the WSIB’s external website.
• Approved an expenditure increase to the Guidewire PAR and authorization for the WSIB to procure the Enterprise Engage modules from Guidewire.
• Approved the authorization of the required value to initiate the competitive RFP for Infrastructure Hosting and Management Services.
• Approved the Delegation of Powers and Duties as presented and that the actions taken and the decisions made and purportedly made by the officers and employees of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, in administering the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 since June 22, 2017, be confirmed as valid exercises of power under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997; and that the delegation be updated on an annual basis.
