1.  The President and CEO’s recommendation to:

• Amalgamate the Operations Cluster and the Service Excellence Cluster;
• Appoint Jennifer Anderson as Chief Operations and Service Excellence Officer.

2.  The President and CEO’s recommendation to:

• Create the following two new executive positions:
  • Senior Vice-President Claims Management; and
  • Senior Vice-President Claims Transformation.
