(i) Rescind the appointment of David Marshall as member of the Investment Committee, and appoint Thomas Teahen as member to the Investment Committee effective February 25, 2016. 
(ii) Rescind the appointment of David Marshall as member of the Governance Committee, and appoint Thomas Teahen as member to the Governance Committee effective February 25, 2016.

Information Technology (IT) Policy Framework

• Approve the IT Policy Framework

Custodial Services Fee Schedule Renewal

• Approve State Street Trust Company Canada’s proposed fee schedule with a term of five years and;
• Delegate to the President and CEO or his designate, the authority to execute all necessary or desirable documents and perform other necessary or desirable actions to implement the approved recommendation.

Functional Abilities Form Regulation Revision

Adopt the following resolution:

• Ontario Regulation 456/97, Functional Abilities Form, under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 is amended;
• The General Counsel is directed to forward this amendment to the Ministry of Labour to be taken forward to obtain the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.
