Approved:
- an exception to WSIB Policy 14-02-01 to provide individual employers with time-limited relief from the financial implications of Coronavirus(COVID-19) claims costs by allocating costs at the Schedule1 and 2 level by:
a. Recovering the costs through existing premium rates for Schedule 1 employers, without any increases;
b. Recovering the costs through a broader cost allocation for Schedule 2 employers.
