Authorize the President, or his delegate, to execute the required and appropriate documentation for the successful bidder who passes the mandatory business and privacy requirements and achieves the highest score in the process,:

• Approve the negotiation of a 3-year contract, with a possible 3 year extension, with the successfully selected vendor to provide actuarial and consulting services to the WSIB for pension and benefits programs.
